From 10th to 13th September 2015 Alterural Association participated in the fair "EKOBIS-2015" held in Bihac. "EKOBIS-2015" is 13th International Ecology Fair, which was held this year on the topic of sustainable development in rural areas.
On the stand of our Association visitors had the opportunity to learn about the offers of rural tourism in the central part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and buy local products made in Fojnica.
"EKOBIS" is a manifestation of ecology, ecotourism and environmental industry, organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Una-Sana Canton for 12 years, and this year brought together over 250 exhibitors from 9 countries. The fair was visited by over 10 000 visitors.

















In addition to exposure to around 10 000 m2 of outdoor and indoor space, the fair was marked by numerous ancillary facilities, making this fair recognized in the region. There was held an international conference on regional cooperation "Sustainable development in rural areas" in which Alterural participated, presenting the topic of "The importance of linking the actors of rural tourism in order to create a destination".
