Traditional gastronomy in Bosnia and Herzegovina (may 2013)

Traditional gastronomy in Bosnia and Herzegovina as tourism potential - third session of the workshop. Riding club „Djeca Vjetra“ in village Donje Biosko close to Sarajevo was the host of the third session of workshop with topic: traditional gastronomy as valorization tool of tourism values of rural areas of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Training was organized by Alterural association, 28th and 29th of May 2013.





Gifts of nature, forest fruits, medical plants and mushrooms were topics of the first day of training, and cheese production, production of fruit liquors and syrups were topics of the second day of the workshop. Exchange of the experience in this field, presentation of techniques, and selling of these products in rural sector will gain better quality offers for sure. This workshop was held by Hamid Kujraković, professional advisor for quality and security of food. Participants were food producers and rural tourism service providers in rural sector.
