Association for the development of rural tourism in BiH "Alterural" and Association for support and development of outdoor adventure tourism "Avantur", on 12th of April 2017 organized the promotion of rural tourism offers in the vicinity of Sarajevo.

The aim of this event held in Sarajevo Hotel Europe, is to promote the offer in rural tourism as well as a call for tourists visiting Sarajevo to extend their stay. These offers are one-day excursions in the wider area of ​​Sarajevo which include hiking, horseback riding, biking, rafting, rural households, small family restaurants, a range of local products and local traditional specialties, and many others, who offer interesting content.

This promotional activity is primarily intended for owners and managers of hotels in Sarajevo, which will provide additional content and extend guest's stay. Our goal is to interest travel agencies in Sarajevo to offer a unique experience of the BiH rural tourism through attractive day trips.
