Fair - Fojnička trpeza 2014 (October 2014)
Organized by the Association Alterural and Caritas, in Fojnica on Wednesday, 29th of October, was held gastronomic fair "Fojnička trpeza". At the fair, together with beneficairies of Caritas and Alterural projects from Fojnica and domestic producers of juices, jams, cheese, honey and traditional handicrafts, there participated producers from Vares, Kakanj, Brezak (Tuzla), Gradačac, Tarčin and East Sarajevo, as well as service providers in rural tourism. 
The fair had a showroom character, with tastings of local products, jams, juices, cheese and brandy.
The greatest interest reigned at the table with local specialties and traditional dishes such as Keske, pies, cabbage and nebulae, which all the visitors had the opportunity to taste.
The aim of the event is primarily the promotion of local products and tourist attractions BiH in a rural areas.
Fojnica, as well as other areas in BiH with the cultural and historical heritage, mineral water and the natural beauty, can offer a diverse and rich tables for their guests. Local food and specialties made by our grandmothers' are dishes of a great value and attracting many visitors, and all this is been certified by fairs like this.
