Cooking and valorization of traditional gastronomy (April 2015)
On 29th and 30th of April 2015 Alterural Association organized a training on "Cooking and valorization of traditional gastronomy". The training was intended for women who are holders of rural households and farms. The training was attended by 20 participants. The lecturer was Nermin Hodzic, cooking technologist specialist and president of the Association of chefs in BiH.
During the two-day training, participants gain new knowledge about cooking and the importance of traditional cuisine, creating menus and norms and exchanging ideas for innovation. The second day of the training participants were presented making of pura "Čavlenija" by representatives of the Forum of Women "Strica - Zarudje", Vares. After that, the participants visited the "Path of healthy food" Strica - Zaruđe, and visited the farm "Zaruđe" - scale production of milk and cheese at the Family Farm "Grga" - the production of table eggs and pasta.
